Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction and will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are 100% happy. Should you receive merchandise that is the wrong size,  simply return it to Trash Monkey within 14 days of dispatch - in the condition that you received it - and read instructions and complete the forms below.


We accept returns due to incorrect sizing providing they are unused, unwashed, in a re-saleable condition and are returned in mint tagged condition within 14 days of dispatch.

To return an item simply complete the Returns Form (pdf file) and enclose it with the returned goods to the following address: -

We will inspect the garments when they are returned and then contact you via email to get your correct measurements so that we can make every effort to then re dispatch the correct sizes for you.

Alternatively we will offer you similar garments in your size and then failing that we will issue you with an online voucher code valid for 12 months so you can spend at your leisure on our latest stock.

Please note, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind or wrong size, we will make every possible effort to correct the sizing or offer you other garment options.

Please choose carefully when ordering from our online store as refunds are only made at the discretion of the manufacturers warranty under some extreme circumstances and all garments are quality control checked by our senior dispatch managers to be in good condition for dispatch.

Please allow approximately 10 days for the processing of exchanges and returns.

Please note that Trash Monkey is not responsible for return postage. When you return your goods, please obtain and retain proof of postage costs & tracking number, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

As you would expect there are no returns or exchanges on sneaky sale items.

Due to health regulations we can also not accept swimwear, lingerie, piercing jewellery or earrings for return or exchange.


If you’d like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange on the returns form. We suggest that you check our website prior to submitting your exchange request to confirm that your chosen item is in stock prior to requesting the chosen item.

When returning items Trash Monkey is not responsible for the cost of return postage, please enclose a self-addressed prepaid package trackable envelope for the correct weight of articles and provide us with credit card details on your enclosed form for processing to cover any unforeseen costs of shipping. Alternatively indicate that you would like to pay via paypal or for us to contact you direct to arrange postage costs payable.

Free shipping* on all orders over $99 - within Australia!

Trash Monkey utilizes Australia Post or TNT Express services for the majority of its deliveries.

Items shipped within Australia via Australia Post are sent registered mail  with tracking and are generally to Metropolitan locations within 2 business days of orders being received. Delivery to non-metropolitan regions usually occurs a day or two later.

If your order is being sent with Australia Post, please allow a few extra days for delivery to some regions. If an express service is required, please select the express service. Note: Free shipping only applies to regular services and not express services.

Express shipping is not guaranteed next day deliveries outside Metropolitan areas please check Australia Post Website. Trash Monkey cannot be held responsible for articles delayed by Australia Post or associated shipping methods.

Trash Monkey also ships to destinations outside Australia using TNT Express or Australia Post.
